Patricia McCall has over 25 years experience in investment management, philanthropy and and international development. She sits on several boards and is active in both the impact investing and philanthropy areas. She currently is Winrock International’s Chief Strategy Officer. She leads Winrock’s efforts in private sector engagement, Net Zero Advisory Services, as well as Winrock’s development outreach and relationships with philanthropic donors. She has developed private-public partnerships, led policy institutes and designed investments and initiatives to maximize return and impact. She has worked in the U.S., Middle East and United Kingdom.
McCall has a background in philanthropy, impact investing and global development. She worked for the International Finance Corporation in Cairo, guided philanthropic programming for several family-led foundations in the Middle East, and led the Center for Economic Growth at the INSEAD campus in Abu Dhabi, Europe’s leading graduate school of business. She also spent five years in investment management as a portfolio debt and equity analyst at a leading emerging markets fund management company. McCall holds a master’s degree in international affairs with a concentration in economic and political development from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
She is a non-executive board member of i(x) Net Zero plc, an investment company focused on environmental impact; a former board member of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights UK, and is on the advisory board of Box Media. She also served on the board of World Child Cancer US.
