Andrew brings over two decades of experience as an Intelligence Officer and Foreign Policy expert for the United States Marine Corps, with operations spanning frontier markets throughout Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. In this capacity he planned and implemented projects for the US government, built lasting professional networks, and forged personal relationships with local partners and institutions. Prior to his military career, Andrew served as Vice President of an import and wholesaling company for agricultural products from Latin America, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Guatemalan highlands, grounding his global perspective in hands-on community development. At Climate Investment Partners, Andrew serves as Head of Global Partnerships, leveraging his cross-sector background to build the relationships and structures that advance CIP’s international project portfolio. He holds an MA in International Relations from the US Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in International Business from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
