Climate Investment Partners, in collaboration with Investancia, is proud to announce that the “Reflorestamento de Impacto no Brasil Project” has been officially approved for validation under Verra’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) (Verra Registry ID# 4430). This milestone sets the stage for large-scale environmental restoration and climate impact in Brazil, showcasing the transformative power of sustainable forestry.

Project Highlights

  • 50M+ Trees to Be Planted: The Project will establish over 50 million native and agroforestry tree species, revitalizing Brazil’s ecosystems.
  • 700K+ Annual Carbon Credits Generated: These credits represent a tangible contribution to mitigating climate change by offsetting emissions through verified carbon removals.
  • 120K Hectares to Be Restored: Degraded lands across Brazil will be reforested, enhancing biodiversity, improving soil health, and restoring critical ecosystems.
  • 28MT+ Emission Reductions and Removals: By the project’s end, over 28 million tons of CO₂e emissions will be sequestered or avoided, aligning with global climate goals.
