Climate Investment Partners has been recertified as a Certified B Corporation™, reaffirming our commitment to balancing profit with purpose. Recertification is not a one-time award; it is an independent verification that our practices continue to meet high standards of social and environmental impact.

About B Corp Certification

B Corp Certification means that B Lab has verified a company’s adherence to rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, stakeholder governance, accountability, and transparency. Certified B Corps consider the impact of their decisions not only on shareholders, but also on workers, customers, communities, and the environment. Importantly, recertification occurs every three years, ensuring companies are continually improving.

Our recertification journey

CIP’s original certification score in 2023 was 86.9. We are proud to share that our reverified score has increased to 96.0, reflecting significant progress in how we operate and measure impact. We improved across four of the five assessed areas:

• Governance: strengthening policies and practices related to mission, ethics, accountability, and transparency.
• Workers: improving benefits, opportunities, and overall well-being for our team.
• Community: increasing our positive contribution to local communities where we work.
• Environment: enhancing our stewardship through stronger practices to protect and restore ecosystems.
• Our score for Customers remained consistent, continuing to reflect our commitment to delivering value and impact through our services.
